KTC Top corp. will be opening a revolutionary fashion studio + boutique + café “shop in shop” in spring 2009. The Boutique will include designer studio space for RENT and a café to let you and your clients relax.
If you want to create or you already have your own brand name, we welcome you to rent our space to be part of our team. Our low rental fee including all facility in our studio, meeting room and downtown fashion district location etc. Helping you to be a Top fashion designer is our purpose.
